Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are identified. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for work already completed or costs incurred prior to cancellation.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care in carrying out our services, Cŵl Tech Cyf shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
